The management team’s deep regional knowledge and wide-ranging network of connections positions the Company to be a key player in the upstream oil and gas sector.
The executive team is supported by a Technical and Operations team with significant expertise in drilling and reservoir engineering, geophysics, and operations built over several decades across multiple jurisdictions, in particular in the MENA region.
Our senior management team have experience in raising funds – equity, debt, trade finance – for field developments, redevelopments and operations. With our advisers and our strong relationships in the finance community, we will be able to provide assurance of our ability to finance any work programme we propose.

Experienced corporate finance executive with more than 35 years’ experience in Oil & Gas spanning Corporate and Project Finance, debt and equity fund-raisings, IPOs, and M&A activity. Previous roles include Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Oil & Gas Corporate Finance at ABN AMRO, as well as board and Non-Executive Director roles at private and listed oil & gas companies in London, Singapore and Kazakhstan.
Chief Technical Officer
With over 40 years of technical expertise, Jerry brings a wealth of experience in subsurface and asset management. He has held senior roles including Technical & Subsurface Manager at Petro Matad, Asset Manager for Africa & New Business at Ophir Energy, and held technical positions at Eni, contributing to complex upstream projects across diverse geographies.

Marwan is based in Damascus and has a degree in Applied Geophysics from Damascus University, brings over 20 years extensive international experience in geophysics and the oil and gas industry.
